100 Spring Cleaning Ideas to Help You Organize Your Space
We're stoked to share our favorite story of the week from our sister site, LuckyMag.com! Spring cleaning is kind of the worst -- followed closely by cleaning in general. It can be so overwhelming; you get started on organizing your bathroom, for instance, and then realize that your closet is all out of sorts. Well, we have the best two-step solution. Step one: start and finish one project at a time. Step two: always seek out inspiration on Pinterest! (Source: The ND Blog: Notes from the Nutritionista by Monica Reinagel, L.D.N., C.N.S.)

Britney Spears, What Are You Wearing?
Britney Spears! Girl, we were so psyched to see you looking so good recently -- you were sparkly pretty at the People's Choice Awards and you totally gave us flat-ab-envy in your "Work Bitch" video. But what on earth are you doing wearing half of a space, ahem, sauna suit reportedly on your way to the gym in Los Angeles yesterday? A what suit? Yeah. Sauna suits are a real thing, ladies. Healthy But Still Totally Satisfying Pie Recipes to Celebrate Pi Day
Today, millions of people worldwide will celebrate both a mathematical constant and a sweet filling in a wheaten crust. In other words, it's quite clearly Pi Day. To back up, Pi is the ratio used to compute the circumference, area, and volume of circles, which works out to approximately 3.14 -- today's date, duh! And while we're all about treating ourselves, sometimes there are slightly savvier ways to treat yourself than others. I put a bunch of pies head-to-head to find out which was the healthier victor -- and which you should skip on this all-important holiday. (Source: The ND Blog: Notes from the Nutritionista by Moni...

Margo Seibert, Star of Rocky on Broadway, Takes a Break From the Stage to Talk to SELF
Margo Seibert may not be taking any punches, but she has thrown one of her own -- a fake one, right to the jaw of Sylvester Stallone, for a picture to send to her Mom. Seibert teamed up with the iconic actor and a talented cast and crew to make her Broadway debut this week as Adrian, Rocky Balboa's love, in the stage production (helmed by Stallone and starring Andy Karl as Rocky) of the flick. We caught up with Margo before she hits the stage to get the DL on her fave workouts, custom snack pack and next travel spot. Sex or Your Smartphone: Pick One
So if you really had to choose, which one would you give up first: sex or your smartphone? Tough call. One of these things is and obviously pleasurable physically and helps boost mood, appearance and overall fitness. (One of our staffers even tested the latter theory; see how many cals she burned here.) And the other? It's a smartphone -- it does it all! The Nutrition Newbie Goes Deep Into the Food World to Learn All About Kimchi
As SELF's resident #NutritionNewbie, I've been soaking up all the food and healthy eating info and news I can find. In my research, one of the words I've been seeing continually is kimchi -- from menus and new studies to celebrity endorsements and the snack food aisle, but then I realized -- I actually have no idea what kimchi is! I'd think to categorize kimchi with other foodstuffs in the what-exactly-is-that area, just like teff, ramps, kombucha and angustura bitters. You've heard of it, maybe even tried it, but you're still a little "wait, wha-?" about it. To get the lowdown on the kimchi craze and why you should hop on...

Miranda Kerr's Perky-Booty Secret
You could say Miranda Kerr has been working her butt off. She's the new face of Wonderbra, the first global brand ambassador for CLEAR Hair & Scalp shampoos, has her own skin care line, is designing a collection of tea cups for Royal Albert, oh, and she's also covering the Elvis classic "You're The Boss," available on iTunes tomorrow, March 14! ("I'm not planning on launching a music career, but I really enjoy singing and dancing," says Kerr). So, naturally, she needs a way to keep that angel-perfect backside tight. Feeling festive about St. Patrick's Day this weekend? Us, too! But getting all green for the holiday doesn't necessarily mean you've gotta give up on your diet -- in fact, some of the green drinks we like best are bastions of health. (Juice, anybody?) Others? Well, they're a little bit sinful. (Source: The ND Blog: Notes from the Nutritionista by Monica Reinagel, L.D.N., C.N.S.)

Hey, Victoria Beckham: Maybe Try Sneakers Next Time?
It's one thing to forgo spandex. But we fear for Victoria Beckham's ankles on this treadmill. Could her stilettos be any higher?! The posh fashion designer (and runner!) posted this hilarious pic on her Twitter account yesterday, saying "Every office should have one of these, work out and work at the same time!! Genius!!" Everyone Can Run the Boston Marathon With This Cool New App
You don't have to travel to Beantown, or heck, even be a marathoner to run with elite athletes and support the Boston Marathon. Seriously! While it may sound too good to be true, it's legit: In conjunction with Adidas, the Boston Athletic Association has launched the Boston Marathon World Run app and website, designed to bring the spirit of the event (and its awesome runners) to those who can't actually participate. Leading up to the 118th Boston Marathon on April 21st, you can download the app and log miles, set goals and earn badges, like you would on other running apps. Firehouse Subs Launches New Under-500-Calorie Menu
I have always loved a good sandwich -- and have always enjoyed the offerings from Firehouse Subs, the chain resto created by two firefighters. The duo has always aimed to make things tasty and firehouse-fresh, but they've now made things healthy, too, with the launch of their "Hearty and Flavorful" menu. For the first time in the brand's history, Firehouse Subs is devoting a whole section of their menu to lighter fare, debuting six subs and four chopped salads under 500 calories each. How to Pick the Healthiest Cereal, The Reality of FOMO and More
Guys, turns out all those colorful pebbles we ate as kids are totally not good for us. The good news? You can still start your day off right with a bowl of one of these healthy (and delicious!) cereals -- plus how to pick 'em at the store. [Greatist] A fear of missing out (aka FOMO) may seem silly, it does have legitimate psychological merit. Here, mental health professionals break down what the term really means and how to deal with it. [YouBeauty] (Source: The ND Blog: Notes from the Nutritionista by Monica Reinagel, L.D.N., C.N.S.)

Sonia Kashuk Launched Her (Amazing!) Spring 2014 Collection at Target
This past Sunday, Sonia Kashuk released her totally amazing spring beauty collection and it's packed with must-have makeup for the warmer weather that I am totally going to start using now. And yes, while the makeup is awesome both in terms of texture and color, what I'm really loving is everything Sonia launched that helps with makeup -- the tools you need to apply, store and carry. (Besides, how many other makeup artists also create rad brushes and bags like these?)  (Source: The ND Blog: Notes from the Nutritionista by Monica Reinagel, L.D.N., C.N.S.)
