what is RCSI like?

So I'm graduating high school next year and will be applying to the RCSI 6-year direct medical program. A few questions: 1. Will I completely be missing out on an undergrad-type experience? 2. For anyone who did go to RCSI straight out of high school, was it overwhelming, and if you could go back would you still go to RCSI? 3. I do know obviously that medical school is an intense and rigorous experience. Even so, from what I've heard, RCSI is the most "serious" and intense med school in Ireland, and I've heard that many students there don't enjoy themselves. How true/untrue is this? Thanks in advance :)
