Reverse type IV dual left anterior descending coronary artery accompanying with anomalous origin of circumflex artery from right coronary sinus

We reported anomalous origin of circumflex artery (Cx) with reverse Type IV LAD including short LAD arising from right coronary sinus and long LAD originated form LMCA.
