Retention in Care and Factors Affecting It Among People Living With HIV/AIDS in Changsha City, China

In conclusion, the intervention to improve retention in care for PLWHA in Changsha is warranted, especially for those who have lower education level, for those who have higher baseline CD4 count, and for those who have not initiated antiretroviral therapy.
