ConclusionsConcomitantTP53 mutation andEGFR amplification were poor prognostic factors for RFS in patients withEGFR-mutant resected LUAD. Our findings provide valuable understanding of the impact of concurrent alterations and implication for better implementation of precision therapy for patients.
