High-definition colonoscopy compared to cuff- and cap-assisted colonoscopy: Results from a multi-center, prospective, randomized controlled trial

Mucosal exposure devices including distal attachments such as the cuff and cap have shown variable results in improving adenoma detection rates (ADR) compared to high-definition white light colonoscopy (HDWLE).
