Analysis of Generational Gap in Preferred Feedback Patterns
Feedback is an essential component of complex work environments. Different generations have been shown to have different set of values, derived from societal and cultural changes. We hypothesize that preferred feedback patterns may be affected by generational gaps in a tertiary care academic institution.
