Robotic-assisted surgery has several proven advantages, and a well-structured process is required to consistently deliver these procedures to a high standard. We compared the first half to the second half of a 3-year-old multi-disciplinary robotic-assisted surgery programme to appraise programme efficiency and patient outcomes.
