A Systematic Review of Current Surgical Literature Available Across Resource Settings: A Call to Action in Academic Medicine

Evidence based medicine has become the foundation for surgeons around the world to provide the most effective care. Our objective is to define the current options for consumer and producers of surgical literature across resource settings.
