Evidence, Not Eminence, for Surgical Management During COVID-19: A Multifaceted Systematic Review and Model for Rapid Clinical Change

COVID-19 has forced surgical evolution worldwide. In April 2020 we produced evidence-based recommendations on a national scale, however it is unknown whether these remain valid. To inform global surgery and a model for rapid clinical change, we aimed to characterise surgical evolution following COVID-19 through a multifaceted systematic review.
