Adjustment to Ostomy Based on Socioeconomic Tiers

Life after a stoma surgery can be radically different from that before it in all imaginable aspects. The primary hypothesis of this is “socioeconomic status has an impact on adjustment to stoma and post-ostomy Quality of life”.The secondary objectives include a study of the impact of the stoma on diet of the ostomates,sub-factor analysis physical, mental, social QoL , acceptance and adjustment to factors which are worst affecte d and determinants which explain majority of the variation of the data.
