Is Lymph Node 8a a Poor Prognostic Factor in Pancreatic Cancer?

Pancreatic cancer is an important cause of death worldwide, with only 12-18% achieving a 5-year survival after optimal management. There is still controversy around prognostic factors such as hepatic artery lymph node (HLN) metastasis and its impact on disease free survival time (DFS) and overall survival time (OS).
