WHO Director-General commemorates 10th anniversary of historic tobacco treaty

Honourable ministers, distinguished ambassadors, representatives of the Geneva missions, esteemed civil society organizations, colleagues in the UN system, ladies and gentlemen, Let me thank the Convention Secretariat who have worked with others to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the coming into force of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
