Massive Intra‐Alveolar Hemorrhage Caused by Leptospira Serovar Djasiman in a Traveler Returning From Laos

We report a case of massive intra‐alveolar hemorrhage caused by Leptospira serovar Djasiman in a 38‐year‐old man returning from Laos, who was cured with antibiotics and salvage treatment with extra‐corporeal membrane oxygenation.
