ConclusionsRe-irradiation combined with bevacizumab for patients with recurrent high-grade gliomas who progress after bevacizumab treatment was feasible. Re-irradiation combined with bevacizumab is a potential treatment option, especially for patients with a Karnofsky performance status of ≥70.
