Prognostic role of interstitial pneumonia with or without emphysema in patients with clinical stage I lung cancer
ConclusionsThe presence of emphysema was not an independent prognostic factor for overall survival in patients with clinical stage I lung cancer with interstitial pneumonia. Poor survival of patients with IP and emphysema may be due to the presence of interstitial pneumonia.
