Segmental fibrocystic change mimicking malignancy with ‘ring-and-arc’ enhancement on contrast-enhanced spectral mammography: a diagnostic pitfall

A 66-year-old woman with a family history of breast cancer presented with a left breast lump for 1  month. On examination, there was a 2-cm mildly tender left upper inner breast mass with no overlying skin or nipple changes.
