ConclusionsEvening chronotype could contribute to unhealthful dietary patterns in US women, with higher dietary ED partially mediating the relation between eveningness and poorer CVH. Behavioral interventions to reduce dietary ED might mitigate cardiovascular disease risk in women with evening chronotype.
