ConclusionsThese results indicate that the LIPUS therapy ameliorates cardiac diastolic dysfunction in db/db mice through improvement of eNOS-NO-cGMP-PKG pathway and cardiomyocyte Ca2+-handling system, suggesting its potential usefulness for the treatment of HFpEF patients.
