The simplified bite jumping appliance: An improved functional appliance

Because the laboratory work and chairside adjustment involved in using a BJA can be quite complicated, we have devised a simpler BJA which uses a thermoplastic transparent resin. We have found this appliance to be very useful, simple to apply, and easy to handle at chairside.
