Prediction of occult cervical lymph node metastasis in clinically negative supraglottic squamous cell carcinoma.
Conclusion: Cervical lymph node metastasis in clinically negative supraglottic SCCA results in lower 5-year OS rates. The histological differentiation and the treatment modality of surgery plus postoperative radiotherapy for the primary tumor site were found to be independent predictors for OCLNM-FS.
