Predictors of Burnout syndrome in nursing technicians in an intensive care unit during the COVID-19 pandemic

Conclusion: It is concluded that the prevalence of Burnout syndrome in nursing technicians who work in intensive care units and who are in the front line in the COVID-19 pandemic was high and sociodemographic, occupational and behavioral factors were shown as predictors of the syndrome.
