ConclusionsLuteinizing hormone-releasing hormon antagonists may reduce acute urinary tract toxicity during prostate cancer external beam radiotherapy compared with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormon agonists, in particular in patients with moderate to severe symptoms at the start of treatment.
