Recovering from nonspecific low back pain despair: Ultrasound-guided intervention in iliolumbar syndrome

Conclusion: The ultrasound guided diagnostic and therapeutic intervention were found to result in a specific diagnosis and remarkable recovery in the iliolumbar syndrome group of nonspecific low back pain patients.
