Conclusion: The changing intracranial hemodynamics during childhood and adolescence require age-dependent reference values to distinguish physiological and pathologic flow velocities in the basal cerebral arteries. The tables according to age and sex will definitely be helpful in managing cerebral hemodynamics in children.
