Deepest Health Podcast Episode 27 – Chinese medicine and vegan or vegetarian diets

In this episode of the Chinese Medicine Central podcast, I’ve decided to revisit the topic of one of the most popular posts on the site over the last 7 years. In that article, I discuss how a person who chooses to follow a vegan diet can do so in line with basic Chinese medicine philosophy. It was written some time ago, during which time I was a devoted vegan (and had been for many years). I figured it was time for an update. There was a little bit of trouble with the audio in this podcast, which I tried to clear up. But, if you hear any distortions or odd pitch changes, know that I am aware of the problem and will be doing my utmost to avoid it in the future!
