Vaping-associated Lung Injury Successfully Treated With Pulse Dose Corticosteroids
We report 3 previously healthy male patients, who presented with acute respiratory failure with a recent history of electronic cigarette use, ultimately diagnosed with lipoid pneumonia. All 3 patients received intravenous high-dose, pulse corticosteroids for short duration with dramatic improvement.
