Goblet Cell Appendiceal Tumors – management dilemmas and long-term outcomes

Appendiceal Goblet cell tumors (GCT) are clinically more aggressive, and have a worse outcome than midgut neuroendocrine tumors (mNETs). Guidelines for management of GCTs are limited.
