Acute Type A Aortic Dissection in a Patient with Situs Inversus Totalis.
This report demonstrates that computed tomography and echocardiography were useful for understanding the anatomy and the presence or absence of concurrent anomalies in a patient with situs inversus totalis. The patient's postoperative course was uneventful.
