The merger of VectorBase and EuPathDB into VEuPathDB has brought together additional tools and data for host, microbe, and interactions datasets. The data mining capabilities of the VEuPathDB will be demonstrated in the upcoming webinar. This Thursday July 16 10AM Eastern will feature a focused webinar on the new FungiDB site (beta.fungidb.org) and demos of the searches and functionalities.
