Helen Brings Home the Bacon…

Helen has just left my house after visiting for awhile. It was so good to see her as I welcomed her inside. She was also in an uncommonly jovial mood. She handed me a sack of six cold Coco-Colas, some smokes, and a large Tupperware container of her delicious chicken salad. Now, all I need is some Waverly crackers to eat the chicken salad with and then I will be set for the rest of the evening. I might just pick up a pint of vanilla bean ice-cream as well. Charlie will be here tonight to administer my medications so the fun isn’t quite over yet.. He usually brings some treats that pleases Maggie and I both. Lately, Charlie has been bringing Snicker’s bars.
