‘Twas Midnight and the Rain Still Fell…

It is supposed to rain all day. I say let it rain. We may possibly get three inches when all is said and done.  My father just called me from San Diego and told me to keep an eye on the Chattahoochee's flood level with regards to the river house. The National Weather Service says the rainfall will start to taper off around midnight. I’ve already called Charlie and warned him of the heavy rain.  He said he was still taking Horsefly on his usual Saturday movie in Auburn.. “I will catch hell if I don’t,” Charlie replied with great consternation. “I really don’t have a choice in the matter.” “When do you want me to bring your medications?” Charlie then asked. “Before the movie or afterwards?” I told Charlie I would appreciate it if he came before the movie.
