Occupational exposure to organophosphate pesticides and hematologic neoplasms: a systematic review
Conclusion: Occupational exposure to organophosphates increases the risk of hematologic malignancies, especially among individuals with longer exposure periods. Worker monitoring and exposure control measures are recommended.
