#FitGirl Finds New Ways to Get Her 30 Minutes of Exercise While on Holiday

Hey Fit Girls! How was your weekend? After fighting a fever for a few days, I got back on track -- and now I feel a lot better. Although I thought I had rested (and let me body rest quite a bit, I tallied my workouts for the week last night and managed to squeeze in five sessions! But remember, as I am traveling, not currently in a major city, and don't have easy gym access, I'm being liberal with my workouts -- counting a long walk I took yesterday as one of my sessions. I mean, we were out and about in the fresh air for about two hours! It was so lovely to be immersed in nature, and even the gorgeous winter sun made an appearance (a rarity in the UK)! Here I am on one of my walks -- isn't it just lovely outside?!?
