Look Like You Do Yoga Everyday -- Without Ever Hitting the Mat

As a fitness editor, I pride myself on lots of healthy accomplishments, like PR'ing a recent half-marathon. But that old thing called flexibility, well, it's my greatest shame. Listen, I know it's important (keeping those muscles supple makes you better at everything else, be it running, lifting, Kama-Sutra-worthy sex). But stretching and regular yoga rank near scrapbooking high-school photos and organizing my sock drawer on my list of priorities. Friends? I found a workaround, a way to get limber just lying there: A Sunlighten sauna!
