Cozy Up With a Mug of One of Our Favorite Healthy Holiday Teas

With winter just about in full swing, it's always nice to curl up with a blanket and hot drink. It's even better when that drink is a calorie-free way to satisfy your craving for holiday flavors -- and seasonal teas can do just that. And while the beverage has been around for quite a bit, only recent research has begun to unveil the health benefits of it -- besides keeping us warm, of course. According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, tea has been associated with decreased risk for heart attacks, lower cholesterol levels and significantly lower blood pressure. If you want to add this festive, heart-healthy drink to your pantry or party, look for any of these popular tea brands in the grocery store.
