Abnormal CT temporal bone findings in a case of Kallmann syndrome presenting with conductive hearing loss

We report a case of Kallmann syndrome presenting with conductive hearing loss and the CT temporal bone findings of absence of all the semicircular canals. We also postulated the causes for the conductive hearing loss and reviewed the relevant literature.
