Primary aortoduodenal fistula and Q-fever
This report shows two rare cases of primary aortoduodenal fistulae in patients with chronic Q-fever and an AAA. We describe the clinical symptoms, diagnostic tools for detection of Coxiella burnetii infection and treatment.
