an 11-year-old in Colonial Beach, Virginia who unintentionally shot himself in the foot while hunting deer with his father.
a 7-year-old in Indianapolis, Indiana who was "recklessly" shot in the elbow.
a 14-year-old from Moses Lake, Washington who was shot in the arm while on a hunting trip with his father. A Remington M77 model 30-06 caliber rifle unintentionally fired while they were riding in a pickup truck and they hit a bump in the road.
a 15-year-old in Morrow County, Ohio who died after he was unintentionally shot by a 16-year-old friend while the two were out hunting.
a 4-year-old in Fayetteville, North Carolina who died after he unintentionally shot himself with his father's loaded handgun that the preschooler found on top of a refrigerator.
