I have had this ditty running around in my head for a number of years and I thought I would share it with all my readers in recovery.
Its to the tune of Show Me The Way To Go Home.

Show me the way to my spirit,
It’s asleep and I need to wakeup,
I had a little drink some time ago,
And it went right to my head,
Oh, Show me the way to my spirit.

Obviously you can replace drink with drug, gamble, control or any thing else that fits.
