Celastrol ameliorates endoplasmic stress ‐mediated apoptosis of osteoarthritis via regulating ATF‐6/CHOP signalling pathway

ConclusionsThis study reveals that celastrol may prevent OA by inhibiting the ERs ‐mediated apoptosis. All these might supply beneficial hints for celastrol on OA treatment.
