This time around, we note that the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, or ISPE, hired Thomas Zimmer as vp of European Operations and will be responsible for leading business development and strategic relationships. Prior to joining ISPE, Zimmer was senior vp at Boehringer Ingelheim and spent 32 years with the drugmaker holding such positions as plant manager in France ane international project leader for the Production Alliance Europe. Bristol-Myers Squibb named Giovanni Caforio as executive vp and chief commercial officer; Bristol-Myers Squibb says Charles Bancroft, exec vp and cfo, is also heading business development; Bristol-Myers Squibb named Murdo Gordon as US president; Bristol-Myers Squibb says Beatrice Cazala, exec vp for commercial ops in for Europe and China is taking a new role; National Human Genome Institute named Lawrence Brody to head the Division of Genomics and Society; CVS Caremark...Read more
