You are asked to see a 19--year-old woman who is complaining of shortness of breath on exertion. She looks well. On ausultating her chest there is no wheeze but you hear a pan-systolic murmur at the lower left sternal edge and apex.
Pulse is regular and normal. BP is 120/80 mmHg, her JVP is quite hard to see as she has a short neck.
