Former director of #Plymouth MIND admits to stalking. #MentalHealth

The former director of a Plymouth mental health charity has today admitted stalking a woman for three months.
Nicholas Pennell, aged 62, apologised outside court for harassing his victim, whom he met at a city centre business.
