Join our Moodle class and discussion on “The Research Lifecycle: Data Management, Institutional Research Profiles, Networking, Collaborations, Oh My!”

We’re recruiting more participants for our asynchronous class and discussion on the research lifecycle and data management. Completing the class earns you 5 MLA CE credits! Topics for this class include open data and methods to improve reproducibility and reliability of research findings. We will also explore some tools and technologies used for data management and collaboration, focusing on eagle-I, VIVO, DMPTool, and REDCap. The class is available beginning now and will remain open for CE credit through…whenever you can get it done (this simple means the class has a floating deadline with no real end), with the option to remain in the class to either complete the course work or to be a part of discussions relating to supporting researchers at your institution. You may register at http://ow.ly/nMPSO and complete the class at your convenience.  We want this to be a discussion group on all aspects of e-science and data management. If you have any questions, please contact: Rachel Vukas – rvukas@kumc.edu, 913-588-7307 or John Bramble – john.bramble@utah.edu, 801 585 5743 (jb)
