do you know of any screening protocols for families with a history of sudden cardiac death?

I've 'volunteeres' for the task of writing some guidelines for primary care physicians regarding the screening of family members where there is a history of sudden cardiac death or inherited cardiac condition. Does anyone know  of any good European or international guidelines?
