Borderline Hansen's disease presenting as isolated macrocheilia

As there are very few studies discussing the oral findings in leprosy, involvement of oral mucosa as the only manifestation of leprosy often goes misdiagnosed. Here we are reporting a case of tuberculoid leprosy presenting as chronic lip swelling.
