ConclusionCareful examination of the second and third parts of the duodenum during endoscopy can be helpful in identifying CD. Scalloping is the most common endoscopic marker, and the high NPV values of endoscopic markers should be interpreted cautiously, as the diagnosis of CD can be missed.
