#MentalHealth SHOUT OUT: Editing the ‘Helping Places and Helplines’ your input requested. #ukmh

Hello readers,
I’m very aware that the ‘Helping Places and Helplines’ section of this blog is in need of an update and wondered if you’ve any suggestions on what or who we should add?
It’s really just a list of places and faces which have proven useful to people at times when they’ve needed help and support. Doesn’t matter whether it’s for S’Users or Carers… so long as it was a good find.
Please leave your suggestions in the comment box to be added (when I find the time to edit the list)
