Complicated RBBB

This is a 70 yr. old healthy looking asian male who had this pre-op ECG.  He had no symptoms of any kind.  He had no previous ECG to compare with.  He is on blood pressure pills.  He has no family history of MI or CVA. 
What is your interpretation of this ECG ?
